His wider research interests are in business finance and growth, business lending and bank profitability, bank lending to SMEs, macroeconomics and financial linkages, financial innovation, and monetary and financial stability policies.

Biography

Victor is currently working on the ERC project on accessing and using alternative finance. His wider research interests are in business finance and growth, business lending and bank profitability, bank lending to SMEs, macroeconomics and financial linkages, financial innovation, and monetary and financial stability policies. Victor received his PhD from the University of Glasgow in 2015. He has also been involved in consultancy work for the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the West African Institute for Financial and Economic Management (WAIFEM). Victor is the author of the book: Determinants of Bank Involvement with SMEs (SpringerBriefs in Finance, 2016).
