Eugenie Golubova

Eugenie Golubova is a Researcher at the ERC with about 15 years of work experience in the fields of research and evaluation and has worked on over 15 research projects for the UK Government, Scottish Government and corporate clients such as NatWest, focusing on business support evaluations and business decision-making research. Eugenie is currently undertaking her PhD in Business & Management at the University of Warwick.

Biography

Eugenie Golubova is a Researcher at the ERC with about 15 years of work experience in the fields of research and evaluation. She saw through 50+ evaluations and research projects from the methodology design stage to report writing and dissemination; and supported numerous research pieces. Eugenie has extensive experience in mixed methods, including literature and desk reviews, surveying, interviewing, case studies, content/thematic analysis and advanced statistical analysis. At ERC, Eugenie has worked on over 15 research projects for the UK Government, Scottish Government and corporate clients such as NatWest, focusing on business support evaluations and business decision-making research.  She also worked in the UK Government Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS, now DBT) to support the Help to Grow programme evaluation, which she was also asked to peer review.  Eugenie is currently doing her PhD in Business & Management at the University of Warwick.
