Centre for Research in Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship (CRÈME)

Making Diversity and Enterprise Everyone’s Business’ The Centre for Research in Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship (CREME) based at Aston University, develops pioneering research and business engagement activities, promoting diversity and enterprise regionally, nationally and internationally. CREME has transformed the ‘perceptions’ of ethnic minority entrepreneurs by working with business policy-makers and influential organisations to engage collaboratively with overlooked or disregarded business communities. CREME’s ambitions are to change the narrative on ethnic minority enterprise, work alongside practitioners on programmes of meaningful change and make a difference to ethnic minority communities and businesses.
