At this event we will be launching new findings from the Enterprise Research Centre’s latest large-scale survey of employers in the Midlands which explores business attitudes and practices when it comes to workplace mental health and the links with productivity. The survey is the latest in a series first started in 2020 and is now part of a major, ground-breaking project being funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). You can find out more about the project here: https://www.enterpriseresearch.ac.uk/esrc-mental-health-well-being-practices-outcomes-productivity-project/

Project partners from the Centre for Organizational Health and Development at the University of Nottingham will also be presenting research insights from their research on the themes of workplace climate and mental health, and the implementation of mental health interventions at work. There will also be a discussion with policymakers about future directions in workplace mental health policy.

The event will involve stimulating dialogue with a mix of academic, business and policy-focused participants, and there will be good opportunities for networking. The workshop is free of charge and lunch will be provided.
