Panagiotis Kyriakopoulos

Research Fellow

Panagiotis Kyriakopoulos is Research Fellow at the Enterprise Research Centre of the Warwick Business School. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Adam Smith Business School - University of Glasgow. He was visiting researcher at the Tecnolόgico de Monterrey in Mexico, at the NEOMA Business School in France and at the Dundee Business School in the United Kingdom. He graduated with honors from the Department of Business Administration and Management of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) in Greece. He completed his MSc in International Management at Strathclyde Business School in the United Kingdom. He was awarded honorary performance awards by the Alexander Onassis Foundation, and other foundations and organisations.

Biography

Panagiotis Kyriakopoulos is Research Fellow at the Enterprise Research Centre of the Warwick Business School. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Adam Smith Business School – University of Glasgow. He was visiting researcher at the Tecnolόgico de Monterrey in Mexico, at the NEOMA Business School in France and at the Dundee Business School in the United Kingdom. He graduated with honors from the Department of Business Administration and Management of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) in Greece. He completed his MSc in International Management at Strathclyde Business School in the United Kingdom. He is the Winner of the Adam Smith Business School Award “Excellence in Research 2021” and the Winner of the “Business and Innovation Alumni Award 2022” by British Council. He has also worked for the US multinational Marsh & McLennan Companies and the Intrakat Constructions S.A. (Intracom Holdings Group). He has published the book “Women Social Entrepreneurship: Case Studies from the UK” and several book chapters in the Edward Elgar Publishing and in the Routledge Publishing. His research focuses on SME internationalisation, international entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, international management and international entry mode decision.
